Monaghan County Council is developing a Walking & Cycling Strategy for the County.  A Draft Strategy has been produced, and comments are being sought from the public.  You can view the draft Strategy here

Comments and observations on the Draft Strategy can be submitted to clambe@monaghancoco.ie

The Draft Strategy is open to public consultation until the end of August 2017.  The input from the public will be reviewed by the Environment & Transport Strategic Policy Committee at their September meeting,  and then a final draft of the Strategy will be produced.

It is hoped to recommend a final Strategy to the Council for adoption before the end of the year.
