Monaghan County Council (MCC) and the National Transport Authority (NTA) are currently developing a Local Transport Plan (LTP) to identify transport requirements/solutions for Monaghan Town and its Environs. The aim of the LTP to improve the current sustainable transport offering in Monaghan Town and its Environs for all travel modes.
