Monaghan County Council are carrying out a survey of attitudes to Walking and Cycling in Monaghan Town. During 2014 a section of the Ulster Canal Greenway was developed as a walking and cycling route with support of the Smarter Travel programme. We are conducting this survey to assess the impact of the project and in an effort to secure additional resources for similar projects in the county.
